1. How to Fund-raise Online?

Seek4fund makes it easy to raise funds online for the things that matter to you most. From medicals to education to weddings to memorials and everything in between, it makes it easy to invite family & friends to donate to your important projects, causes and life events.

How it works: Simply sign up on seek4fund.com, create your donation page, and share your link with friends & family on Facebook, Twitter etc and collect donations. Seek4fund allows you to raise money online for just about any idea, event, project or cause your family, friends & personal contacts might believe in.

2. How do I accept donations online?

After signing-up you’ll share your donation page link with friends, family & contacts. Your visitors complete their donation on your page using a debit or credit card and you instantly receive all donations. The entire process takes less than a minute.

3. When do I get my money?

All donations received will be remitted to the campaign owner on request even while the campaign is still running.

4. How do I get my money?

Very simple, once you make a request by following the “Withdraw” steps, donations received as at the time of your request will be remitted to the account details provided by the campaign owner during the registration process.

5. Do my donors need an account?

No they do not! All Your donors need do is to simply visit your page link and complete their payments using a debit or credit card or other payment methods specified on the website.

6. Will Seek4fund charge me any fees?

Seek4fund will automatically deduct a 4% fee from the total donation you receive. If you don’t receive any donations, then you won’t pay anything at all.

Since our fee is deducted in real-time during the period of the campaign, you’ll never need to worry about getting billed or owing us any money. Your donors are NEVER charged fees.

Remember, Seek4fund is the BEST fundraising solution available and all those extra donations you collect should more than make up for the fee.

7. How are payments processed?

All payments you receive will immediately appear inside of your account. Simply notify Seek4Fund by going to Withdrawal to remit once you want donations collected so far to be remitted.

NOTE: All the account setup happens inside of Seek4fund. There’s no need to visit other websites or worry about complicated account settings. It just works.

9. Do I have to be a non-profit to use this?

On Seek4fund.com, anyone can raise money online using Seek4fund’s customizable donation pages. Our users often raise money for themselves or for friends they want to help out. Seek4fund solution was designed to allow anyone to raise funds online for causes/events dearest to them.

That said, it is okay for Individuals and non-profit organizations to use Seek4fund because it’s such a great way to raise money online.

10. Will my donors get charged any fees?

Donors do not get charged any transaction fees for donating to your Seek4fund page.

11. Are there limits to how much money I raise?

No! On Seek4fund you can raise as much money as you want. Your page will continue to accept donations even after your goal is met. Money can be remitted to you based on agreement without affecting your donation page.

12. Can I raise money on Facebook & Twitter?

Sure you can! Connecting and sharing your campaign link on Facebook & Twitter is part of what will make your donation on Seek4fund work so well. The best part is that visitors to your donation page end up doing most of the sharing for you, which helps you at the end of the day to attract more donors.

13. How will I know when people donate?

Once someone donates, we will send you an email. After receiving the email, you’ll see the new donation appear in your Seek4fund dashboard and automatically added to your overall account balance.

14. How do I know it’s safe to donate to someone?

As a rule, we advise that you only donate to people you personally know and/or trust, and also people you feel passionately about their cause/campaign. However, when in doubt, do not donate and report any suspicious pages or activity to Seek4fund.

15. What currencies are supported?

Supported currencies include: United States of America ($USD), United Kingdom (GBP), Nigeria (Naira).

Simply set your country and currency during the Sign Up process.

16. When will my page appear in the Search Results?

Your Seek4fund page will be live and ready to accept donations immediately, however, your page must be manually approved by the Seek4fund Team prior to appearing in our public search directory.

To help protect donors and to prevent any misuse, Seek4fund requires that you meet the following criteria before being listed in the Search Directory. NOTE: Pages that don’t meet these criteria WILL remain live & fully functioning, but will not be publicly listed on Seek4fund.com

a) Your Seek4fund page must include a photo or video. Clip art, graphics and logos will not be accepted or approved.

b) Ensure your page is eligible to be listed in the Search Directory. To ensure your page is set to display publicly on Seek4fund, please follow the steps below:

Your page will be manually reviewed by a member of the Seek4fund Team. Please note that since your page is not made available for review until the above criteria is met, it may take close to 12 hours for your page to get approved.
